New Iowa DOT Specification Book

The Iowa DOT 2009 Standard Specification Book is now available for purchase. The new specification book is required for all projects let through the Department beginning with the October 20, 2009 letting. The book can be purchased in two ways: use the following web address http://www.iowadot.gov/specifications/ to print an order form and mail in the order form and payment, or books are also available for walk-in purchase at the Department's Office Supplies (telephone 515.239.1324) at the headquarters in Ames.
The cost of the book remains unchanged at $8.00 plus freight and tax.
An electronic version of the book is also available via the Electronic Reference Library at the same web address noted earlier.
